We're talking pizza here.  Yes, to many in town we remember it as Paparazzi's Pizza with the wood fired brick oven.  The wood fired brick oven is there.  My trip last week causes me to refer to it as a glowing briquette ember fired brick oven.  A glowing briquette ember - "A".  I have a problem with that - I want wood fired.   It's an alright pizza.  Good size and quality for the money, BUT there's very little to choose from in town for a wood fired brick oven pizza and when the wood fire is merely a glowing ember, it doesn't instill my confidence.  I can get an oven pizza at Hungry Howie's for $5.  Wood fired sets it apart.  Glowing ember doesn't.
