This is a new place over on the Beach side of town just across Hathaway Bridge. They advertise 60 beers on tap, so a group of us decided to give it a try.
Here's how it goes (remember 1/2 of the name is ALES):
1) Order Lazy Magnolia Pecan beer - out comes an IPA.
2) Wrong beer, bring Lazy Magnolia Pecan - out comes something with an orange slice.
3) Wrong beer, go to bartender, give me Lazy Magnolia. Get Lazy Magnolia.
4) Someone orders Apple Ale. Here's Pear Ale.
5) Bring a Pensacola Bay Porter. (Time goes by - tick tock, tick tock). Where's the Pensacola Bay Porter? Oh, it's been sitting on the bar. I'll get it for you.
Food was nothing to get excited about. Beer, yes, they have 60 of them. But the odds of you actually getting the one you want? Not real good.
